Resolved Question: Should I take my car to college?

I am going to be a freshman in college, and I don't know if I will need my car or not. The parking permit is not that expensive, but don't think there's going to be enough parking space at the dorms. Realistically, how often do college students use their cars? I am not that much of an outgoing person anyways; I don't really party, none of my friends go to the same college, and I might only need to go to the store once in a while... so should I bring my car?
